What a lucky break for our country. Our economy is being saved by the Burkini. Who would have thought?
Now that the stupid ban has been overturned in France, the world wide interest in this garment is now promising to turn things around. Let’s hope the refugees on Manus and Nauru will now be released as well. You cannot imprison people that have done no wrong.

The Burkini is quite the thing. I can visualize it now. The itty bitty bikini is replaced by the burkini- will make the headlines. 🙂

The French reckoned the wearing of the Burkini was offensive, yet the skimpy swimwear worn by over-weight Europeans with everything showing, (even their breakfasts) is not?

I think they might have rescinded the law but I’m not sure about that. In actuality the powers claimed it would cause a health hazard. Such malarkey.

I think the Burkini looks great. As for the headscarfs, my mother used to wear headscarfs. It looked nice too. I am not sure about the male hoodies. I usually keep a tight grip on my wallet when I am near someone wearing a hoodie. I don’t know why.

I’ve always rather fancied those Victorian ladies swimming outfits. I love how the pantaloons floated in the water. Of course the benefits must have been wonderful for those of us carrying extra poundage.
As for the French Birkini who-hah; Oh how it makes my blood boil. The ban may have been overturned but, there are still police vehement that they will carry out arrests. I don’t think we’ve heard the last of it 😦

Yes, its funny how the covering up makes for more alluring. I even like the part facial cover of women, It’s all in the eyes. Of course men have long hair, beards and huge moustaches or a big gob covering their faces.
