2014 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2014 annual report for this blog.

Here's an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 13,000 times in 2014. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 5 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

It’s looking more and more likely that a Year of the JRT is in order, Gerard, based on the popularity of that MIlo post.

I should dearly like to know how this came about ! I want one too ! – it would save so much time … Sighh …
I believe I shall need to comment at least twice on every one of your posts, from now on … [grin]

Well. That was impressive. But I disagree with one of their last statements. “It’s easier than ever to comment on posts.” They need to add “unless you’re commenting in the Android WP app, in which case forget it. It’s a piece of s*&t.”
